This was not the post I was expecting to write upon my return from my 3 month hiatus, but I can't ignore this!

I was shopping in Tesco yesterday for some bread flour. I wanted to make a homemade soup today so of course you can't have
soup without bread. As I was scanning over the various types of flour I spotted this Organic flour by Tesco themselves.

Curiously I picked it up to have a look at the ingredients to compare to a non-organic flour. This is what I saw:

Do you notice anything strange here? I did! Of the 5 ingredients I noticed that 4 of them had a little * next to them. 
Upon further inspection I see the meaning of this star is as follows:

> \* Denotes non-organic ingredient

Can somebody please explain to me how organic flour can contain 80% non-organic ingredients? 

How on earth is this allowed? Looking at the front of the packaging, the largest font and most prominent word is 
"ORGANIC". How is this not false advertising?

I find it utterly insane that 4 of the 5 ingredients listed in a so called "organic" flour. Can be non-organic.

The worlds gone mad!
